Step 1

Access the Online Shop using the central menu bar.

There are two ways to select your products:

a) In the Online Shop home page, you will see each category laid out in front of you. To view the products within each category simply click on the image or category name.
Under each category we have grouped the products into sub-categories. This should help you find the item you are looking for based on the grouping. Sometimes the collection extends onto various pages. Use the page numbers (visible at the top right of the screen) to move through the pages.

b) Alternatively, if you know what you are looking for then use the search facility on the left menu bar. Simply fill in the name of the item or a descriptive word and click SEARCH. Only the products listed under the word you have used in your search will be displayed.

Step 3

Select the product you would like to purchase by using the drop down window called Sizes and Prices. Click on the product name and then ADD TO BARROW by clicking on the barrow icon. Your product will automatically be added to your shopping barrow.

Step 4

When you have finished shopping or wish to see a list of the things you have ordered click on the ‘VIEW BARROW’ button on the left hand side. At this stage you can adjust quantity, size and colour of product. This is a good stage to check that your order is correct. Click on ‘continue shopping’ to add more items to your barrow.     

Step 5

The next step is to log-in if you are a registered user and retrieve or edit your delivery details. You may place your order if you do not wish to register, however, it will only take a short time to complete the form which will save you time when next shopping with us.

Step 6

The second step gives you the opportunity to add any alternative delivery addresses. When you add another address the postage and packing total adjusts automatically.

You may also at this stage select to have some (or all) of your items gift wrapped with a simple handwritten message inside a tag.

If you are ordering from a magazine and have your offer code ready, you should enter it into the ‘Enter Offer Code’ box to receive the special offer.

Step 7

The third step is where you can enter your payment details. You will need a switch or credit card at hand.
